Welcome to IshiKart. These Terms & Conditions govern the access and use of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform by buyers, sellers, store staff, and visitors. IshiKart is operated by Hemant Aherwar (trading as Creative Webtech). By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or transacting on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility & Account Security

• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete business or personal information during registration.
• Sellers are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their store details, pricing, and stock levels.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate safety standards.

2. Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers must use the platform lawfully and provide correct delivery and contact information.
• Prescription Policy: For regulated medical products, buyers must upload a valid doctor's prescription. Fraudulent or altered prescriptions will lead to immediate account banning and legal action.
• Buyers are advised to review store-specific return and refund policies before finalizing a purchase.

3. Seller Obligations & Medical Sales

• Sellers must list only genuine, lawful, and accurately described products.
• Pharmacy Compliance: Licensed pharmacies must verify the uploaded prescription before fulfilling any regulated medicine orders. Stores must possess and maintain a valid Drug License as per Indian law.
• Counterfeit goods, misleading marketing, and deceptive pricing will result in immediate store suspension.

4. Payments & Transactions

• IshiKart does not directly handle payments between parties unless specified via a verified third-party gateway.
• We are not responsible for transaction failures, payment disputes, or refund delays between a buyer and a store.

5. Prohibited Categories (Zero Tolerance)

The following categories are strictly prohibited for listing or sale on the platform:

Note: Medical drugs are permitted only for licensed pharmacies subject to mandatory prescription verification.

6. Content & Conduct

• Users must not post unlawful, abusive, hateful, or fraudulent content.
• Impersonation, fake ratings, and systematic review manipulation are prohibited.
• We reserve the right to moderate or remove any content that harms the reputation of the platform or its users.

• Licensed pharmacies must verify uploaded prescriptions before fulfilling regulated medicine orders.
• Counterfeit goods, misleading marketing, and deceptive pricing are prohibited.

7. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal or operational changes. Continued use of the platform after updates signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
