VibeDeck Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the VibeDeck Android app (package com.vibedeck.app), an 18+ dating app. Contact: [email protected].

1. Information we collect

• Account: Google account ID, name, and email when you sign in with Google.
• Profile: date of birth (to confirm you are 18+), gender, who you want to see, city, bio, and photos you upload.
• Location: approximate or precise location if you allow it, used to show nearby people.
• Activity: likes, nopes, matches, chat messages, blocks, and reports.
• Device: push notification token, app version, coarse device info, and IP used to keep the service secure.
• Ads: Google AdMob may use Advertising ID, approximate location from IP, and ad interaction data. See Google’s privacy policy.

2. How we use it

• Create and show your dating profile
• Match you with people and deliver chat and match notifications
• Moderate safety (block, report, unmatch)
• Show ads and measure ad performance
• Keep the app secure and debug issues

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with:

• Other VibeDeck users, as part of your public profile (name, age, city, photos, bio)
• Google (Sign-In, Firebase Cloud Messaging, AdMob)
• Our hosting and storage providers (servers and photo storage) to run the app
• Authorities if required by law or to protect users

Chat messages are visible to you and the person you matched with.

4. Photos and user content

You are responsible for photos and messages you post. We may remove content that violates our rules. You can report or block someone in a chat.

5. Children

VibeDeck is 18+ only. We do not allow accounts for anyone under 18. If we learn an account is under 18, we delete it.

6. Retention

We keep your account until you delete it. After deletion we remove your profile, photos, and chats from our dating database, except limited records we may keep for safety, fraud, or legal reasons.

7. Your choices

• Change who you see and your profile in the app
• Turn off location or notification permission in Android settings
• Opt out of ad personalization in Google Settings → Ads
• Delete your account in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account
• Web instructions: Delete your VibeDeck account

8. Security

We use HTTPS and restrict database access. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
